This 1950's San Francisco P.D. jacket doesn't look too bad at first glance...however, it had road-rash damage on the back shoulders and left arm. The collar had the same plus rot from years of skin oils building up....bad enough that the back snap popped right out of the leather!
We replaced the back yoke and made a new collar, They were then distressed to blend in. The left sleeve was reconstructed from inside after lifting back the lining. Flexible polymers filled raw edges and open cracks, then were colored to match. Lastly, conditioners were applied. No longer fi
